You are invited to join us on Saturday morning as a participant or spectator for the Linn County
Lamb and Wool Fair Parade. Entries in the parade will be judged on their workmanship, originality,
beauty, costumes and following the theme.
This year we will be awarding first, second and third place ribbons to winners in each category.
Winners of each of the five major divisions will receive a ribbion.
If you would like a parade entry you can pick up entry forms at the Scio Hardware Store or Scio City Hall. Entries are accepted the morning of the parade.
The parade starts at 5th and Main Street. It will go down Main Street to the intersection with the Stayton Scio Highway. The parade will then turn right and go East on the Stayton Scio Highway until it comes to the Scio High School parking lot. The parade will disband at the entrance to the Scio High School parking lot. Parade participants are asked to please clean up the parking lot area where you parked prior to leaving.
